We used Huong (T) Nguyen for our real estate agent in selling our home in Sioux Falls. We are retired military and have bought and sold many homes in the past. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had with a realtor.
From the day that we interviewed T we felt she was committed to selling our house and seemed, to us, to devote herself to doing that. She counseled us frankly about our home, good and negative points and once the process was started, kept in contact with us at all times. We knew exactly what advertising was being done and what the comments were when the house was shown. whenever the house was shown, Tee was in contact with their realtor and then with us as soon as she could so we knew what their opinions were. When our buyer's contact came in, she helped us with the decision and was always frank with us.
We would recommend T and the company Assist-2-Sell to anyone. We have used Assist-2-Sell one other time and were pleased with the results then also. When we decided to move into Sioux Falls, we weren't sure where to start. We happened to see an Assist-2-Sell sign in front of a house and called the number to get more information. Huong (T) Nguyen answered our call that day, and she was a great help. So much so, that we asked her to walk us through the journey of looking at homes and finally purchasing our
new home.
Each step of the way, she went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions, concerns and interests were addressed. She even kept in mind that the dining area needed to have enough room for our hutch.
T made what could have been a very trying and stressful time, into an enjoyable experience. Granted, I hope we don't have to find a new home anytime in the near future, moving isn't my favorite thing to do. However, when it is time, T is the one we will call.
